It’s that time again where I share my #DissertationJourney with you! I am excited to share with you that last Wednesday I completed the data collection stage. I have officially started data analysis. This will be a learning experience for me as I analyze the data and write up the results. I will definitely keep you posted!
Today is the first day of a new month and a new quarter. It is the last quarter of 2018! This year has passed by quickly to me. Speaking of new – mid September, I launched my podcast (details at the bottom of this post)! This was definitely an unfamiliar and uncomfortable place for me. However, I am pleased to say that I love it. In life, we often do not know things we like or dislike without trying them out first. There were many months (maybe years, lol) that I shunned away from the podcast arena. During that time, my mindset was not ready for it and it would have been a premature adventure. I can truly say that life’s journey has prepared my mind for this moment. And I am embracing each step with an open mind and accepting heart.
I want to encourage you in this new season (the month of October & 4th quarter of 2018)…try something that you have always wanted to do. Make the choice to approach it with an open mind and just allow yourself to experience the fullness of it. Then, take a moment to reflect on it. After you have evaluated your experience, make a conscious decision about your continuation with it. Let me know how it goes (leave a comment on this post).
As always, I am excited to share my dissertation journey with you. I ask that you share this blog with someone else. We all are going through some type of journey and this might be the encouragement you or that person need to go a litter further. Let’s encounter this life changing experience together!
